Biography

Jerry Dischler has served as a member of our board since August 2026. Mr. Dischler is a Partner at Angular Ventures, where he invests in early-stage AI and enterprise technology companies defining the future of their industries.

Mr. Dischler was previously an executive at Google for nearly 20 years. He most recently served as President of Cloud Applications, where he led the Google Workspace team and teams developing new AI-first business applications. During this time, he accelerated the deployment of AI in Google Workspace and built new AI agents in areas like customer service, and sales.

Mr. Dischler previously was Vice President and General Manager of Advertising at Google, overseeing all advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Notably, he developed the industry’s first completely AI-driven advertising product, Performance Max.
Before Google, Mr. Dischler served as the Director of Engineering at Avolent and worked in engineering and leadership roles at Hyperion, Sana Security, and Accenture.

Mr. Dischler earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago and his MBA from The Wharton School of Business.
